Great equipment
This is a great atmosphere to work out. The 30 minute class on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 are awesome. Alan is a great instructor. I’m restarting my fitness program and him and others are very positive and encouraging.

If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would! This gym is very clean and has equipment you would not normally find in your franchise gym. A huge plus is that it is locally owned and operated so any needs or questions you have about equipment operation can be easily answered. It is a very friendly atmosphere and you can get in a great workout without the huge rush franchise gyms have. 👏🏼 Great Job 👏🏼
