PHASE 1: 4 WEEKS AT 30 MINUTES 4x a WEEK
To enjoy training and to train effectively you need to build up your "Workout Stamina"., So PHASE ONE is all about Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Oxygen Uptake, Flexibility and Basic Strength Conditioning.
Workouts include light cardio, stretching, standing core work and some light weight conditioning.
Expected Results Phase One:
- Energy Utilization Improved
- Oxygen Uptake (Oxygen to the Brain!) Improved!
- Strength Gains
- Increased Flexibility
- WEIGHT LOSS (15-40 Lbs) Depends on starting weight and other physiological conditions

PHASE 2: 4 WEEKS AT 30 MINUTES 4x a WEEK
Workouts will continue to do a cardio and flexibility segment but mostly work on strength and functional fitness
Expected Results Phase Two:
- Increased Basal Metabolic Rate (200-400 Calories/day)
- Continued Weight Loss (Another 15-40 Lbs) Depending on starting weight
- Oxygen Uptake (Oxygen to the Brain!) Improved!
- Significant Strength Gains
- Core Strength, Muscular Endurance Significantly Improved

- Another major boost to Psychological Health and Happiness!
PHASE 3: 4 WEEKS AT 30 MINUTES 4x a WEEK
The final phase is at a much higher intensity than phase 1 and phase 2. During phase 3, after a thorough warm up we will train at a rapid pace maintaining your heart rate at 75-80% of max heart rate.

- Another boost to Basal Metabolic Rate (additional 200-400 Calories/day)
