The story is typical; they came to Mt.Park Fitness after years of gradually slowing down and moving less. Life became busy and working out dropped to the bottom of the priority list as it does for many people. Also like many, they tried dieting only to enter into the on again, off again dieting yo-yo.

Over time their energy level dropped as well as self-esteem. Being overweight they almost believed they're was going to be sentenced to a lifestyle of frustration and despair. They were beginning to feel like a failure.

Then one day they saw one of our before and afters on Facebook and felt a tiny bit of hope. She was filled with skepticism, because  they had tried and failed so many times in the past, bus they didn't let go of the hope. they came in for an assessment and agreed to give it a shot. Self-esteem began to rise instantly because they took the first step.

Since then, the energy level was way up,  they began to lose weight and tone up. This leads to a huge boost in self-confidence as well as feeling so proud of herself. She is constantly being told how good she looks and they brags about how healthy they feel. Will you be the next hero?
